Well, 31st August is Malaysian Independence Day. My friends and I have make a short introduction about Malaysia brief history and as well as set up a new Theme Blog about Germalaysiany.

Short review of Malaysia' s History :

1）马六甲王朝.Empire of Melaka

拜先生从巴冷邦溜狗溜到马六甲，有只鼠鹿欺负他的狗狗。
Parameswara took a stroll with his dogs all the way from Sumatra to Melaka
(Peninsula), end up his dog got bullied by a mouse deer.
为了帮他的狗狗报仇，他把那块土地占领了下来，还命名为马六甲
For revenge on behalf of his doggie, he took the land as his country and named Melaka.

2）殖民时期. Colonial period

葡萄牙：我要香料！。。。他们占领了马来西亚。

Portugal (Afonso de Albuquerque): We want spices! ..... They occupied Melaka

荷兰：我要锡米！。。。同上
Netherland (Willemson Kaatokoe) : We want pewter! ......same as above.

英国也占领了马来西亚，为什么？
Great Britain did the same thing, but why?
英国：我也不知道，看到人家抢我不是也来抢一份咯！
Great Britain (George Canning): We don’t why we did it , when the others did it , why don’t we?

3）第二次世界大战. World War II (Japanese Forced Occupation Period)

日本人起脚车打着下来。。。
Japanese troops took us down from north with bicycle.

泰国：不要打我，我让路给你们过。
Thailand: I will give way! Please don’t occupy us!

结果。。。你讲呢？

4）马来亚独立 1957年.Malaya Independence day 1957

Tunku Abdul Rahman took his kaki lead his parliament members to Great Britain to pueh to negotiate.
东姑：我们要独立！你都不理我们的！又没有打电话，又没有寄短讯，电邮也没一封！我们分手吧！
Tunku: We want independance ! Since you heck care me don’t give a damn about me, no phone call ,no sms , not even a email!! , Let us just break up!
英国：好吧！那我祝你幸福咯！
Great Britain: Then good, I wish you all the best then!
东姑心想：这么快？害我准备了十面《分手的理由》只用了一句。。。
Tunku(in heart): It happened so drastic ? damn it! I prepared 10 pages of ' reasons for breaking up' .....

5）马来西亚成立与拆伙. The united of Malaya and separation of Singapore from Malaysia.

木薯，狗肉，鸡蛋，丢进一个锅里，三碗水煲成一碗水，用李光耀的眼泪当调味料，再把鸡蛋拿回出来。。。一碗马来西亚汤便煮好了！
Cassava (ubi keledek) , dog and egg cook in a pot , stew to thick sauce.
In between , with the tears of Lee Kuan Yew, the egg is withdrawn.

Too busy with Internship...

Two weeks more to go! To end my Internship at Forschungszentrumkarlsruhe (FZK), Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany!

But currently i am occupied with my FZK report and chemistry laboratory. Well, it takes too much time, but i am enjoying myself at chemistry laboratory. It is fun.

Erm... i won't write more about my Italy trip, my Baden-Baden trip till i finish my Internship at FZK. It is also an excuse so that i can online less often as i used to do. Now i wake up at 6am --> take the bus at 6.30am --> take the train at 6.50am --> stay inside the train for 45minutes --> start my daily internship job at 7.45am --> end my daily job at 5pm --> take the train back at 5.15pm --> take the bus at 6.20pm --> reach home at 6.30pm --> eat, bathe, cook, then sleep at 11.30pm.

This is my everyday routine now till next month.

Till next time. i am damm tired now.

Here come the Milan o My Love Part 2!

Do you ever heard of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II? It is a shopping complex, with the design of a covered double arcade (2 arcade intersecting in an octagon). It is named after Vittorio Enanuele II, the 1st King who united Italy. This shopping mall is also rumoured to be the oldest shopping complex in the world. Walao!

Well, what is so special about this shopping mall? Well, what i can conclude is that it is very high class (look like very high class, as LV and Prada outlet are there.) and there is a glass dome at the midpoint of the shopping mall. It looks so elegant and beautiful, especially with decoration of glass.

Another landmark, Duomo (2nd largest big Gothic style church in the World), is just beside it, as well as Teatro Alla Scala, an Opera house.

Duomo at Piazza del Duomo

Do you know that the Duomo, commonly named as Church or Cathedral in Italy, is 1 of the largest Cathedral in the world? It is rumoured to be the 2nd largest Church in Italy, just after St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City?

It is well known with its Gothic and Neoclassicism style of building art. It is very impressive.

It is built from year 1386 and it took more than 2 centuries for the architectures to complete it.

The main sight of its exterior design is a golden statue of Jesus's Mother Maria Madonna. It is 4.2 meters high, and is accompanied by as much as 138 sharp tower. It is said that 1 of towers is as high as 108 meter. Impressive is it?

Black Friday

Do you ever wonder that every Friday, why a fish dish will appear on the menu? And why is it Friday that a fish dish will appear on the menu?

Read a short Mandarin novel that i write at other blog: 冥王星的殿：伊伊的鱼看过来 and i will tell you the reason behind it. Sorry, it is in Mandarin, and i am lazy to translate it into English. Sorry for English readers.


序〉


夜，一个夜晚，黑色的夜晚。没有星星，没有月亮。因月亮的背叛，星星失去它的光彩。

“德鱼，你又打听到什么消息吗？” 一个低沉的声音在一个狭小的空房间里响起。

“。。。什么消息。。。么消息。。。消息。。。息。。。？” 回声在相应着。

此时，房外响起了脚步声。脚步声？为何会有脚步声？一个影子高空飞过，燕飞三步轻功，徐徐落在空房中。只听到一声细微“拨”的响声，可还是被房外的脚步声给掩盖过了。燕飞三步轻功，可是天下数一数二的轻功呢！

兮兮兮兮。。。兮兮兮兮。。。那是叶子的声音？ 还是一阵风？脚步声好像停了。停了？难道他们发觉了？察觉到有人附近? “快快快！我们铁定要把那些杀手逮扑，抓拿归案！十个都不能少！” 一个洪亮的嗓子在呼唤着。

“德鱼，你没事吧？我看你有点不太对劲。你是否。。。”低沉的话还未完，一个年轻的话就打断那话。 “鱼老，我没事，没事。一点毒箭，奈我如何!" “好好，我相信你，我，鱼老，鱼称我鱼毒，不是盖的。毕竟，你在我门下也不少时间了，你也有偷学我一半毒功呢，可不是吗？哈哈哈” 低沉的笑声，有点怪怪的。那就是鱼老的笑声了。与其说是奸笑，倒不如说是鱼笑！


“德鱼，今天已是星期五了，星期五了！五！五！我爱你！” 鱼老开怀的说着。是是是！德鱼闭起双眼，开始他的独门打坐，无力的回答。

“德鱼，鱼老，你们的天命就到此。看我，电鱼花枪！看枪！” 电鱼花枪，在鱼林武功排名中，是排名第五十位，鱼老的鱼弹功，排名第十位。鱼老的鱼弹指一弹，电鱼华枪立即反弹，电鱼二代的手立即振开，电鱼枪立即向天飞去！只见电鱼二代，没有刚才的威风，没有刚才的自信，站在德鱼五公尺外的距离。

此时，狭小的空房里，有三个人，一个屋顶洞。夜光依然躲起来。

“电鱼呀电鱼，你有电鱼一代的固执，明知道电鱼花枪和我的鱼弹功相差四十位排名，仍然挑战我？德鱼也不比你弱多少呀？你真有胆。好好好。。。死到临头，你还不知，可悲可悲。还有那些在房外的步兵们，我为他们的无辜，感到悲哀。”

“什么？死到临头？你好大的口气。。。” 电鱼二代话未说完，身体已僵硬，动不得。

“我，鱼老，鱼老的名，可不是烂的虚名。你忘了吗，今天是星期五，星期五，是我的天地。黑色星期五，是我的鱼毒，天下第十毒。你，今天见到了我，又中了我的黑色星期五鱼毒，你说，不是死到临头，是什么？ 你的师傅，就是死在我的黑色星期五毒上。。。”

可是，电鱼二代，已听不到鱼老的话了。他，只知道，他忘了今天是星期五。。。他，只听到鱼老说着他的天下第十毒。。。

鱼老仍然说着：“谁叫德国人要在星期五铁定吃鱼呢？若你们吃肉，就不会中了我的黑色星期五毒。可悲可悲！你说是不是，德鱼。你也是德国人，要不是你是我的弟子，我也不会给你解药吃。”

鱼老，看着天，若有所思地想着。。。

Reason:
Jesus Christ died on Good Friday. In order to remember this day, the Christian will eat fish todayon that special day, or non-meat dish, or simply become vegetarian. The reason behind this is to remember the death of Jesus Christ.

But, they can also eat meat. There is no strict law that Christian must eat fish on Friday, every Friday.

This condition applies to Christian in Germany. I have no idea about this tradition at other countries. But in Malaysia, Christian don't have this tradition. I wonder... is this cultural difference?

Murano - Glass Blowing

About Murano:

Murano is actually a island, and it is located very near to Venice. It lies about a mile north of Venice and is famous for its glass making.

I don't know the actual reason Murano is popular with its glass making, but as far as i heard, from history, the 1st glass/mirror is made at Murano. How true is it, i can't assure you.

Some quote from Wikipedia about Murano:

1. Murano’s reputation as a center for glassmaking was born when the Venetian Republic, fearing fire and destruction to the city’s mostly wood buildings, ordered glassmakers to move their foundries to Murano in 1291.
2. Murano’s glassmakers held a monopoly on quality glassmaking for centuries, developing or refining many technologies including crystalline glass, enameled glass (smalto), glass with threads of gold (aventurine), multicolored glass (millefiori), milk glass (lattimo), and imitation gemstones made of glass.

Someone does tell me that Murano Glass is far more expensive in Malaysia compared to its Origin. For an example, a glass costs around RM100 at Murano, will cost you about RM300 at Pulau Langkawi. That is what my seniors tell me. Well, every Murano Glass is unique, and we can't exactly compare them.

I am back from Italy, but i am crestfallen...

My lovely green twin dolphin is broken!

My mood is at the lowest point now...

4 hours before my Italy Trip

It is 4 hours before my Italy trip. And i am still online surfing, and i leave my luggage half-packed. Since when i am so confident about organizing my bag? I am having sleepless night for a few days, not because i am having exam, instead i am free of my exam.

Erm... i wake up 1 hour earlier than my alarm, which will wake me up at 8am. Is it that when we grow older, we sleep less? Or the summer sun who rises at 5am affects my biological clock greatly?

And i am eagerly waiting for the sunset, which will take its sweet time to set at 10pm, everyday. Getting confused, why i am so eagerly to wait for sunset? Do i lost something?

I think that i am searching for something, something that i go after so long...

p/s: My friend tells me that i am writing such a gloomy blog. Gloomy? Maybe my mood is not at its right track, hence i am somehow emotionally unbalance.

pp/s: Gaining back my momentum... looking forwards to last month of Internship!

Before My Italy Trip

Dear Diary:

I am going to Italy, yet i am not fully prepared for it. After my exam, i still can't find time to organize a good Italy trip.

My heart is pumping fast and hard. I have some uneasy feeling, it is the 1st time that i am having such unfamiliar mixed feeling.

And just now, i am testing my card reader, and i find out that it is not functioning well. Well, NOT FUNCTIONING? I will jump out from my room window straightly. I am scratching my head now. 10pm, Sunday, Germany Shops don't open on Sunday. And i am going to Italy the next day! Calm, but i can't thinking of an idea to overcome it. Do i really need to sacrifice my photo resolution to accomodate 1 week Italy trip photo, without taking video...? Sigh, facing such dilemma now is such an uphill task.

I don't behave like my usual self also. Today, i am acting totally strange. Even everything that i do today is not satisfied. Have i become lazy, or i am getting tired of this?

Friends are having their holidays now, and yet, i still have 1 month of Internship to undergo. Lonely, facing my room, facing the outside world, i am tired now.

I really want to sleep now.

星期天,我去农行取点儿钱花,当我来到柜员机边上的时候,看到很多人在排队,然后我就去里面的窗口去取钱,因为那边一个人也没有.我走到窗口对一个正在聊天的服务员说:“小姐给我取五百块钱。”她看也不看我一眼说:这里不受理ATM卡，到外面去.

我说：外面排很长的队，就麻烦你一下吧.

她说：不行就是不行.

我说：你们什么时候规定ＡＴＭ卡不能在窗口取钱呀!

她瞅了我一眼，继续和另外一个小姐在说笑．一口海宁话，我一句也听不懂．看得出她们再笑话我.

Ok, deng deng deng deng ~~ now commercialing "How to bully people using ATM card Scene 1 Part 1!"

我情急之下对那个小姐说：你给我消户好了.

这下她没有办法了．我递给了她我的卡．她让我输入密码，我照办了．两万多块一下子全取出来了．她脸上一点儿笑容也没有．我倒是乐了，因为我看到了我攒了半年多才攒到的两万多块钱.

我 从那些钱里面拿了五百，然后拿一千对那个小姐说请给我开个户．她没有办法只好照办．开好了，我数了五百对那个小姐说：把这五百块钱给我存到新帐户上 面．她照办了，我又数了五百．她没有办法只好照办了．就这样我一次五百，五百的存．当我存到五千的时候她终于开口了．脸上没有了先前的狰狞.

微笑着对我说，余下的钱你一下子存好吗?

我苦笑着说：我怕我数错了，只想一次五百的存，这是我的自由.

她脸红了，一句话也没有说．只好照办.

我知道我做的有点儿过份了，但是我是很理智的对她在先呀，她没有理由那样对我，我是一个打工仔．看上去很寒酸，但是我有取存的自由，她没有理由看不起我...

p/s: the world is not always fair. But we can make it fairer. Our action will affect others without our notice.

pp/s: Sorry! 1000 Sorry and Apologize. I can't online inside my room and i have to use other resource to online, such as my internship company and university library. Continue to pray for me so that i can enjoy my trip to Italy and i can get back my internet connection as soon as possible.

[传载] 美女与野兽的故事

话说:


从前，在很远很远的地方，有一个小王子。

小王子14岁的时候，门外来了个乞丐A，乞丐A说：行行好，给我一点爱情吧！

小王子嫌他脏，就跑掉了。小王子的妈妈（不知道是不是后妈）一看，就把小王子拎起来乒乓揍一顿，严肃地说：“你将来是一国之君，怎么能嫌弃你的子民脏？”

小王子15岁的时候，门外又来了个乞丐B，乞丐B说：行行好，实在没有爱情的话给两个零用钱吧！

小王子想了想，就给了他一个金币。小王子的妈妈一看，又把小王子拎起来乒乓揍一顿，严肃地说：“你将来是一国之君，怎么能随便相信别人给别人钱？”

到了小王子16岁的时候，门外又来了个乞丐C。乞丐C还没开口，小王子就把他拎起来乒乓揍一顿。

不想这乞丐C恰好是一个微服私访体察民情的仙女，仙女开始还一边挣扎一边申辩“内在美最重要”，但这点申辩声哪里敌得过揍人的乒乓声。

于是，这个仙女就挨打了。

挨打的仙女，当即判断小王子是一个没有爱心的坏孩子，决定给予惩罚。她把小王子变成了一只野兽，并说：“20岁以前若有美女爱上你，你就能恢复人身，否则，嘿嘿。”

变成了野兽的小王子17岁的时候，门外来了个美女A。野兽对美女A诉说了他不幸的遭遇，希望美女A能施舍给他一点爱情。

美女A对小王子说：哈哈，你真搞笑。就跑掉了。

变成了野兽的小王子18岁的时候，门外又来了个美女B。野兽又对美女B诉说了他不幸的遭遇，希望美女B实在没爱情的话施舍给他两个零花钱也好。

美女B对小王子说：哈哈，你真搞笑，又跑掉了。

变成了野兽的王子19岁的时候，门外又来了个美女C。野兽看着美女C，恶狠狠地说：哈哈，你真搞笑，就跑了。

美女C倒追了他整整三天三夜，最后揪着他的脖子，问：到底我什么地方这么搞笑？

十一个月以后，美女C和野兽结婚了，咒语解除了 。。。

Wah, just after i finish my exam, i don't have internet access at all at my room. It is supposely to be a happy day, but the absence of Internet spoils my mood. >.<

Luckily, that night, i go to club with my 20+ friends (from Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, USA, Sweden, Germany). We rent a bus to go to Frankfurt, Germany. The Club design is elegant and high class, but i don't like the techno music. I can't catch the beat and rhythm and my energy is soon depleted. Of course, from 12am to 5am, i do look like dead zombie. >.<

p/s: That day is my friend birthday also. We sing Happy Birthday during the journey to Club. Eric, Jian Nong and I also wish her Happy Birthday at her room on 12:00:00 am 13/7 early morning. Wein + Birthday Bread + Candle + Chocolate sauce + Surprise = A good birthday present + Wish. ^^v

Coming back from Frankfurt, i have a nice sleep at the bus. My friend is staying at my room for 1 day before he continue to go back to his hostel at another city.

The absence of Internet spoils my mood for the whole day. Mannheim city is offering 50% big sale discount on cloth. I just window shopping.

Oh ya, i watch anime for the whole evening till i sleep... A boring day indeed.

I don't know if 13th Friday is a bad day for other people, but it is not a bad day for me, actually i am indeed very happy, because i finish my exam on 13th July (YES, it is today!). Hooray! The feeling after exam is so nice ~~

I will enjoy myself soon. Lalala... if you read my previous announcement carefully, you will know what will happen to me next. Too bad i update the announcement already. Wait for me bah... ~~

一点点关于德国今年的夏天〉

1. 全球溫室效應持續發酵，各地氣候反常，英國提早入冬，美國則酷暑不退，多個地區出現火爐氣候！
2. 在歐洲，雖然目前是夏季，但西歐卻受寒流侵襲，預測英國下週更將結霜，法國也出現潮濕寒冷的天氣。
3. 在大西洋另一邊的美國東岸，卻受熱浪侵襲，而南美洲阿根廷首都也因異常寒流來襲，出現百年一遇的降雪。
4. 整個歐洲及大西洋東岸繼續受低壓槽影響，大部份地區天氣不穩定及寒冷。
5. 美熱浪涉拉妮娜現象？專家：言之過早。拉妮娜現象是由於東太平洋海水表面溫度持續6個月比正常低0.5℃或以上所引起。
6. 拉妮娜跟與之相反的厄爾尼諾現象，和全球暖化有否關係，至今並無定論，儘管有論者猜測全球暖化會令上述現象更強和周期更頻密。

Streik! 罢工示威！

３－７－２００７ 日记写实 --> 暴风雨过后。。。


还记得，上个星期，我post了一张暴风雨的照片？那知道，那天过后的第二天，STREIK!就来咯。真是溪云初起日沉阁，山雨欲来风满楼 。。。

知道什么是STREIK!吗？STREIK!就是德语，中文是罢工示威！德国的STREIK!不像有些国家的示威，街头爆走，街头示威，再来放火，烧布条什么的。德国的STREIK!可是一群和平爱好者呢。

你看一看以下的照片就知道我在讲什么了。。。

空空如也。。。只有人，没有鬼，更没有火车！

鸟儿都没有。。。

我等到头都白了。。。

德国的STREIK!是我不爽你，我就来一个罢工，我罢工罢工罢工！再罢工罢工罢工！看你能耐我何时？那些罢工，不是一个人，而是一个团体，一个团队，一大班 "我不爽你，又怎样，我是老大" 的工员们呢。

都是你们啦，你们快乐的STREIK!，害火车没有跑，我不能搭你们可爱火红色的火车，你们要我走路去 40ｋｍ以外上班？我哭呀。。。

哇！还有电视台Live!的访问！我有上节目喔！

最近，我看了报纸，他们STREIK!是因为他们要更高的工资，更高的福利。就好像我一样，我实习，一个星期４０小时。但，法律规定：一个星期ｃａｎ　ｏｎｌｙ　ｗｏｒｋ　３７．５　ｈｏｕｒｓ！　Ｎｏｔ　ｍｏｒｅ　ｔｈａｎ　ｔｈａｎ！　（后面那句是我加的。。。）ｓｏ，我实习的公司，每月常常放假。像我这样懒惰的人，正中我下怀！

还有，他们STREIK!呢，也因为德国有１１％的人口失业。德国人要帮助德国人，他们发起 "Do you know that if 8 people work 1 hour less per day, we can employ 1 more german to work?" 天，酱得法子都可以想得出。。。 @@ （借口是偷懒，光明正大是帮助那些有需要的同胞们。伟大！厉害吧！）这是去年STREIK!的主题。超有创意的。

哎哎哎，我好可怜。因STREIK!他，我上班迟到整整两个钟头。都是火车ｄｒｉｖｅｒ哥哥的错啦，我怪她，不管他帅还是美女一个，把我的好心情弄得乱七八糟，就不是美女帅哥！还好，老板知情达理，我才没有被请吃炒鱿鱼。好啦好啦，没死啦。。。　没事啦！

哈哈。。。发火了！
